This is a pretty special opportunity for an entrepreneurial, hands-on General Manager who wants more than simply running someone else’s playbook.

We’re partnering with an exciting, founder-led hospitality concept in Boston that has built an incredible culture, a genuinely passionate team and some amazing customer love and feedback since launching.

Now they’re looking for a strong operator to come in, take real ownership of the day-to-day business and help build the foundations for what comes next.

And there is a lot more to come.

The Opportunity

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to manage from the sidelines.

We’re looking for someone who sees a problem and solves it. Someone who asks “how can we do this better?”, comes up with ideas, creates solutions and then actually makes them happen.

You’ll take ownership of the operation - people, culture, guest experience, standards, systems, labour, costs and overall performance - working closely with an ambitious and highly engaged ownership team.

You’ll inherit a fantastic team and a business that customers already love, while having the freedom to bring ideas to the table and put your own stamp on how the operation evolves.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely already be a General Manager, Assistant General Manager or strong Restaurant Manager within a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality or food & beverage environment.

More importantly, you’ll be:

• A natural people leader who genuinely enjoys developing teams
• Commercially savvy and comfortable owning operational performance
• Hands-on and happy jumping in wherever needed
• Creative, resourceful and an out-of-the-box thinker
• Solutions-focused - you don’t just identify problems, you fix them
• Comfortable building systems and improving processes
• Obsessed with delivering a brilliant customer experience
• Excited by change, growth and the opportunity to help build something
• Ambitious, without having an ego about getting your hands dirty
• Spanish language skills would be considered an asset, but are not essential
