Building Engineer
Location: 4101 N Mattox Rd, Riverside MO - M-F 8am - 4:30pm Pay Rate: $22-$24/HR Duration: Till 3/31/2026
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Candidate will be interacting directly with client Team Overview: Resource's typical working day: Weekly, monthly, quarterly PM's that are assigned weekly - Firelight safety systems - Exit signs - Fire extinguishers checked - Air compressor systems need to be checked - Air filters need to be checked Run weekly generators Docks levelers, restraints, lubricated Fork lift maintenance, safety checks Basic plumbing fixes - Toilet batteries - Sink drains Electrical fixes - Light bulbs Escorting vendors and assisting Filter changes of rooftop generators Lubricating
Licenses/Certifications: Areal lift certification preferred Fork lift certified preferred (specific site test still required) Must Have Skills: Basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical skills Must be willing to learn and take on new skills Excellent customer service skills Professionalism is a must Nice to have skills: Basic knowledge of - Generators - Firelight system - Dock systems - Fork lift maintenance - Air compressors - HVAC rooftop systems (commercial) Years of Experience: 3+ years Education h.s. diploma or GED Software skills: Microsoft office suite - Outlook Basic computer skills
