Job Description The Constituent Services Section is seeking a Public Inquiries Assistant to provide assistance and information to consumers, business people, government officials, patients, and the general public. This position operates on a hybrid in-person/remote schedule and is headquartered at 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of telephone calls and communications. Provide information to answer questions and resolve complaints. Accurately summarize inquiries and complete internal/external forms. Conduct research to determine solutions using training materials and policies. Provide general guidance, resources, and referrals. Conduct follow-up contacts to ensure resolution. Maintain electronic and hard copy records and databases. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning. Qualifications 1 course or 3 months experience in use of multi-line telephone system. 1 course or 3 months experience in use of personal computer. 3 months training or 3 months experience in customer service.
