Project Engineer

Project Engineer Level 2Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs. Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Advanced Test Equipment (ATE) programs; ensuring alignment with milestones and resource plans. Act as primary material procurement liaison for Advanced Programs, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations. Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives that boost project execution efficiency and improve documentation quality. DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) experience a plus.You will serve as a Project Engineer within the Chelmsford Engineering & Technology (E&T) organization, supporting the Integration & Test Equipment (IT&E) Department. In this role you will plan, organize, track, and report on activities for Advanced Programs (AP). Worker will work Onsite Full Time.Mandatory:Bachelor's Degree.Experience building relationships across functional teams.Microsoft Office experience.SAP experience is a plus.3+ years of Project Management experience.Desired:Project Management proficiency and experience with Earned Value Measurement (EVMS).Experience working in defense company with engineering or manufacturing background.Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
