Internal Communications Associate

Supporting the internal communications strategy, the full-time Internal Communications Associate will create engaging content, manage key information across platforms, and facilitate knowledge sharing in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing the internal communications strategy, contributing ideas and content to enhance network engagement Create tailored written and visual content for internal platforms, including updates, announcements, and graphics Plan and facilitate online meetings and events, supporting initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and community Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications, preferably within an international organization Proficiency with digital communication tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and Slack Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Fluency in English; additional European languages are an asset Ability to work within 6 hours of CET
