- Direct all laboratory operations and departments
- Manage staffing, compliance, and budgeting
- Ensure quality standards and accreditation compliance
- Improve operational workflows and performance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in laboratory science or related field
- Prior leadership experience in clinical laboratory setting required
