Customer Service Assistant

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant Job Overview Serves as an integral part of the Law Center Copy & Mail team, assisting with all aspects of the campus's mail and copying needs. This position is the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students in need of assistance with printing, mailing, courier, and overnight carrier services, providing top‑notch copy and mail services and any relevant troubleshooting. The role is responsible for operating high‑volume copiers, booklet makers, scanners, a mail meter, and other finishing devices. Responsibilities First point of contact for faculty, staff, and students needing printing and mailing support Operate and maintain high‑volume copiers, booklet makers, scanners, and mail meters Provide copy and mail services and troubleshoot issues Interact with a wide variety of constituents including Law Center faculty, administrators, staff, and students Qualifications High School Diploma required Strong customer service skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Experience with high‑volume copy machines and postage metering equipment Experience with a variety of post‑production finishing devices Work Mode Designation On‑Campus Pay Range $18.28 - $27.33 per hour EEO Statement GU is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
