Commercial Loan Officer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support income property lending, the full-time Commercial Loan Officer will originate, structure, underwrite, and close commercial real estate loans while building and managing relationships with borrowers and brokers in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate investors, borrowers, and mortgage brokers Source new lending opportunities and analyze borrower financials to assess creditworthiness Manage the transaction process from initial screening through funding, ensuring timely execution Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending or related fields Strong understanding of commercial real estate finance and credit analysis Experience underwriting and structuring loans for various income-producing properties Established network of commercial real estate borrowers and industry professionals preferred
