Manager, Data Analytics Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $160,000 to $180,000 per year. Dallas County , CA Direct Hire Finance $160K to $180K 09/24/2026 Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide visibility into financial and operational performance. Analyze project, customer, vendor, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and profitability drivers. Establish and monitor performance metrics and scorecards to support consistent measurement across business units. Partner with finance, operations, and technology teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and decision making. Lead reporting automation, process improvements, and special analytical projects that enhance organizational efficiency. Requirements: A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, data analytics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in financial planning, finance analytics, business analytics, strategic finance, or a related field. Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial performance analysis, profitability reporting, and operational metrics. Possess advanced Excel skills and proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools. Maintain experience working with large financial and operational data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Qualifications: Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate complex business data and identify meaningful insights. Communicate effectively with finance teams, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations. Demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities, projects, and reporting deadlines. Work collaboratively across departments to drive reporting consistency, process improvements, and adoption of analytical tools.
