Bilingual Front Desk Associate (English/Spanish)

Location: Houston, TX 77038

Pay: $17hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Employment Type: 4 Month Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join the team. This role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Organized and manage keys, as well as file and maintain important documents

Communicate with multiple departments, team members, and customers both in person and over the phone

Process payments form successful bidders accurately and efficiently

deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Perform additional duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software

Basic administrative and organizational abilities

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
