This contract role is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists who hold their CCC and are passionate about fostering communication skills in young learners. Working onsite full-time (37.5 hours per week) during the academic year, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to meet a variety of student needs. Your expertise will help shape positive outcomes for children as you guide them toward improved speech and language abilities.

Qualifications & Required Licensure:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Active Arizona SLP license
• Valid Arizona Educator Certificate
• IVP Fingerprint Card (must be present at time of application)
• Experience or interest in working with PreK–8th grade populations
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for PreK–8th grade students
• Deliver therapy sessions in compliance with established goals and district guidelines
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and family members
• Document progress and maintain accurate records per state and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process
• Adjust approaches to serve diverse learners with evolving caseload details
