This full-time role, spanning the academic year from early August through late May, invites you to work 37.5 hours per week. The exact caseload will be determined, ensuring you can focus on delivering quality, individualized care. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize students’ communication and learning potential.

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Current Arizona SLP license required
• Valid Arizona Educator Certificate required
• Current IVP Fingerprint Card required
• Experience providing school-based speech and language services strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy for students with speech/language needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals targeting individualized student outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely documentation and progress records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
• Serve as a resource on speech and language topics for staff and families
