Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - South Texas Urogynecology near NCB in San Antonio, TX

Job Summary Join an established urogynecology practice in San Antonio, Texas, supporting a skilled team in a busy outpatient setting. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment, exposure to specialized urogynecologic procedures, and direct mentorship from an experienced physician. The ideal candidate will have a background in Women's Health, Gynecology, or Urology and a passion for providing high-quality care to women with urinary tract and pelvic floor conditions. Job Highlights Full-time outpatient position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 100% clinic-based role with no hospital coverage or inpatient responsibilities Manage established patients primarily for urinary tract infections and related urogynecologic conditions, seeing approximately 10-20 patients per day Perform specialized procedures including urodynamics and PTNS (Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation) Minimal call requirement, limited to occasional coverage during physician vacations; no routine OR responsibilities Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Continuing medical education (CME) allowance Malpractice insurance About the area San Antonio offers an outstanding quality of life with a unique blend of culture, history, and modern amenities.
