Cell Leader - Cold Section Module Center (CSMC)(Onsite)

Location Middletown, CT (US‑CT‑MIDDLETOWN‑150) – role is onsite. Security & Eligibility U.S. citizenship required. No security clearance required. What you will do: Lead and coach in a dynamic operations environment supporting the Cold Section Module Center (CSMC). Provide direction to skilled bargaining‑unit employees, fostering employee engagement and continuous improvement guided by the Roadmap and Control Tower objectives. Lead sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction across the system’s elements. Execute daily supervisory responsibilities, manage projects, communicate effectively, and coordinate with support group members to ensure departmental success. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Engineering, or Business with 5 years of experience, specialized knowledge or technical/operational practices and/or shop‑environment experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a leadership role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Experience working with all levels of management and in a union environment. Experience with SAP and Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing, Core, QCPC, etc.). Highly self‑directed, quick learner, with a strong drive for results. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: US$86,800 – US$165,200 gross (indexed to experience, location, and other factors).
