Customer Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting customer relationships, and drive sales of mobile phones, wireless plans, and accessories. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with mobile phones, wireless plans, and accessories. Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions. Promote and sell products while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Stay up to date on products, features, promotions, and company offerings. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and sales-driven. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No previous sales experience is required—we provide paid training!
