Lakeview Clinic, an independent, physician-owned multispecialty group of 60 providers, seeks an exceptional Family Medicine Physician. Key details: Join an established, collegial group of 26 FM providers (16 physicians, 10 APPs). Outpatient-only practice. 32 direct patient hours; 12 late-in / late-out days. 18 patients per day on average with ability to add patients to your schedule in real-time. Newborn nursery rounding option and teaching opportunities for interested candidates. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive base salary. 2-year partnership track – flat hierarchy. Partner earnings in the high-400s plus lucrative investment dividends. Up to $43,500 in profit sharing helps shareholders maximize their pretax retirement savings. $30,000 in recruitment incentives. 5 weeks PTO (7 weeks year 3 and up to 9 weeks year 15). 6 paid holidays.
