What You'll Do: Own the full recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries Partner with sales and hiring teams to build tailored talent strategies Use creative outreach and smart tools to find top talent Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates Stay sharp on market trends, roles, and recruiting best practices What You Bring: 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house) Great communication and relationship-building skills Driven, fast-paced, and goal-oriented Experience with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and LinkedIn Background in sales or bilingual in Spanish?
