What you can expect You design innovative, customer-centric CX, CRM, and service strategies across the full customer journey, leveraging Intelligent CX, personalization, and AI-enabled automation You support the transformation of customer and service organizations as well as the development of data-driven customer interaction models You develop approaches to make the business value of CX initiatives measurable and steer them through relevant KPIs You take responsibility in transformation projects, customer workshops and proposal processes You actively support the development of our CX and CRM portfolio and contribute your own ideas to new topics and offerings Ready for Detecon?
