This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the success of our merchandising operations, ensuring seamless processes and supporting our exceptional customer experiences.Where You'll WorkThis role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.What You'll DoSupports buying teams by creating items and purchase orders, reviewing and correcting data, and performing essential data entry functions.Manages product data uploads, transfers, and inputs to build items and maintain accurate purchase orders.Ensure seasonal readiness by executing promotional pricing accurately and within required timeframes.Collaborates with internal teams to respond to time-sensitive requests, provide execution, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed.Works independently and as part of a team, adapting to the needs of each task or request.Provides troubleshooting and support to Omni-Buying, cross-functional teams, and buyers.What You'll BringProficiency in PC and network systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsAbility to execute tasks quickly and accurately in a dynamic, multi-platform environmentEffective decision-making and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving settingsCustomer-focused mindsetMinimum Education: High School Graduate – GEDExperience: Retail, Customer Service, or related experienceEducation: Associate or bachelor's degree in communication, Merchandising, Buying, Customer Experience & Service, Operations, or related field#LI-KB1Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
