A skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its nursing team. We are hiring for all three shifts and welcome both experienced nurses and new graduates who are looking to begin their careers in a supportive long-term care environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience while providing high-quality care to geriatric residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatments
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Long-term care experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

Compensation & Benefits

• $46.00 $50.00 per hour
