Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Night Shift - Maintenance Technician - 3rd shift - up to 33/hr with bonus!

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on eight overhead cranes, five slitting lines, pickling and processing lines, conveyor lines, and augers.
• Maintain and repair secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, shears and blades, motors, gears, shafts, drives, and other related machinery.
• Read PLC HMI screens and use electrical prints to trace and diagnose issues within control systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V single and three phase, including generators, AC and DC motors, switches, sensors, and electrical drives.
• Use a multimeter to trace circuits, check and replace blown fuses, and verify proper operation of electrical components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Fabricate and modify various equipment in the plant using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform MIG and stick welding on equipment and structures as needed.
• Conduct maintenance on mobile equipment such as forklifts and lifts to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Carry out general building and facility maintenance, including interior and exterior projects.
• Work at heights of up to approximately 35–40 feet to perform repairs and maintenance inside and outside the facility.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to complete repairs accurately.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and production personnel to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

This is a Permanent position based out of Delta, OH.

The pay range for this position is $60070.00 - $68640.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Weekly pay 401k match up to 4% Insurance starts 1st day of next month after they are brought on direct. Will be given uniforms Steel toe reimbursement after 90 days up to $100 and then after that every 9 months. Opportunity for OT, other maintenance employees may need the extra time off

This is a fully onsite position in Delta,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 5, 2026.
