Job Duties Enter, update, and maintain product information within the DataSync system Accurately input product quantities and packaging configurations Verify units of measurement and product conversions between individual units, jars, cases, and other packaging quantities Review product records for accuracy and consistency, Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory and product-related records Review production and packaging information to ensure correct quantities are reflected in the system Organize and update product descriptions and item numbers Maintain accurate packaging details and product specifications Communicate with production and warehouse personnel to verify product information Perform basic mathematical calculations to confirm quantities and packaging conversions Maintain organized electronic records and spreadsheets Assist with additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional training in computer applications, business administration, data entry, or related clerical functions is a plus. Experience Requirements 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience, Previous experience in manufacturing or food production environments, Familiarity with DataSync or similar product information management systems, Experience maintaining product or inventory databases Experience using Microsoft Excel for data entry and calculations, Knowledge of inventory management and packaging configurations Experience working with product SKUs and item numbers Familiarity with units of measurement and product conversion Experience reviewing and correcting data discrepancies Previous experience coordinating with production or warehouse departments Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving multiplication and division Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Effective communication skills Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks Dependable attendance and punctuality Physical Capabilities Candidates should be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
