• Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred

• Minimum 3 years of Paralegal experience required
• Experience in successions, real estate, estate planning, and civil litigation preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Experience with Amicus legal case management software is a plus

• Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Draft legal correspondence and documentation
• Maintain organized case files and client records
• Transcribe legal documents and correspondence accurately
• Perform case-related data entry and record management
• Communicate with clients and parties involved in legal matters
• Track and maintain up-to-date client file information
• Provide administrative support as needed

• Ability to work in an office environment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment
