Shift Leader – Little Caesars Little Caesars, a leading international pizza chain, offers a Shift Leader position that combines hands‑on restaurant operations with management development. Key Responsibilities Execute cash management duties with POS and Shift Reports Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels using company systems and guidelines to minimize loss Manage company assets, ensuring the restaurant remains clean, safe, and organized and complies with all safety and security standards Communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members Respond professionally and promptly to all customer concerns or issues Qualifications and Requirements Hard‑working, team‑oriented, friendly, and honest with strong customer service skills Reliable transportation to and from work Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs Leadership ability to lead a team with minimal supervision and create an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun Proficiency with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
