You don't want to learn new software or pick up new skills. 6+ years of HVAC service experience preferred (residential primary, light commercial a plus) EPA Certification required Demonstrated diagnostic and troubleshooting ability, mechanical and electrical Comfortable presenting options and closing tickets professionally Experience using a dispatch CRM (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zip Solutions, or equivalent) Comfortable tracking and reporting your own KPIs, average ticket, close rate, calls per day Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a background and drug screen Comfortable running a full route independently Available for rotating Saturdays How to Apply Apply, complete a short screening, then meet with the team.
