Position Overview : Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Change Management Product Data Specialist to support our Change Management Team based in Everett, WA . This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support change management processes and ensure the integrity and consistency of product data throughout its lifecycle. Responsibilities: Evaluate proposed changes to processes and products, assessing impacts and developing change management plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support, facilitating communication and feedback. Maintain and update documentation related to processes and product lifecycle data. Develop and deliver training or user guides for affected employees. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, communicating them to stakeholders. Encourage continuous improvement through feedback and process reviews. Stay informed on best practices in change and product lifecycle management. Prepare reports and presentations on initiatives, outcomes, and recommendations. Assess business processes for modernization opportunities. Collaborate with IT/vendors on system logic and integrations, especially for PLM system modernization. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred: Experience with tools like Azure ADO, Microsoft Office. Experience with DCAC/MRM, CATIA, ENOVIA is a plus. Industry experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
