Do you read shop drawings with confidence? Do you enjoy turning raw lumber into refined, custom furniture? If yes, you may be the Custom Millwork Assembler we’re looking for in Oakland, CA.
Quick Facts- Pay: $19 – $26 per hour (experience-based)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, morning start at 6:00 AM
- Location: Oakland, CA
- Assemble high-end, custom furniture using precise measuring and carving tools
- Interpret complex drawings/specifications to guide accurate builds
- Execute cutting, shaping, and fitting of wood components to tight tolerances
- Maintain consistent quality and craftsmanship from start to finish
- Operate machinery and hand tools with skill and safety
- Partner with designers and fabricators to complete creative projects
- Professional background in woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture fabrication
- Exceptional attention to detail; ability to hit exact measurements repeatedly
- Comfort with measuring devices, carving tools, and fabrication equipment
- Team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
- Strong commitment to safety and high-quality output
