Parts Customer Service Representative

Reach Beyond with PALFINGER as a Parts Specialist at our Dallas, TX location, where you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and dealers by providing parts support, order management, and delivery coordination. In this role, you will respond to parts inquiries, ensure accurate order processing, and help customers find the right solutions to keep their equipment operating efficiently. You will work closely with dealers, vendors, and internal service teams to support parts operations and maintain exceptional customer service. Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts pricing, availability, and replacement options via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Accurately process customer orders and ensure all required information is collected and communicated.
• Provide customers and dealers with order updates, shipping information, and support for back-ordered parts.
• Collaborate with service teams, managers, and vendors to provide parts application support and product information.
• Pull, package, and ship parts orders using UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers in accordance with company policies.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in an industrial spare parts sales environment.
• High school diploma or technical certification required.
• Knowledge of parts operations within a dealer parts and service environment preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
