In this role, you'll work with veterans, union members, working families, and other eligible members to help them understand available  life, accident, and supplemental benefit options . You'll provide professional guidance, answer questions, assist with enrollment, and continue supporting members after coverage is in place.

What You'll Do

Serve & Support Members

You'll connect virtually with individuals and families who need assistance understanding their available benefit options.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals from our provided member database

• Identify each member's needs, priorities, and concerns

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual needs

• Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment

• Maintain communication throughout the application process

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates

• Provide ongoing customer service after coverage is established

• Assist members with policy-related questions and claims guidance

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Follow applicable company procedures, state regulations, and ethical standards

This position combines  customer service, member engagement, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales .

Warm Member Opportunities Provided

Spend your time speaking with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about available benefits.

Our representatives have access to a  provided member lead system , allowing them to focus on serving families rather than purchasing leads or relying solely on traditional cold prospecting.

This is a  commission-based insurance opportunity rather than a guaranteed hourly or salaried customer-service position .

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have webcam and microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone

• Be willing to complete required training

• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate  state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities

Licensing guidance is provided throughout the process.
