The Rustman Agency is a fast-growing life insurance brokerage dedicated to helping families protect their financial futures. We offer life, final expense, and mortgage protection coverage with a focus on integrity, service, and long-term client relationships.
Position Overview
We're seeking motivated individuals to join us as Entry-Level Sales Representatives . This is a fully remote, commission-based role with no prior experience necessary. You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed. If you're goal-oriented, coachable, and passionate about helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through warm leads
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Conduct virtual consultations and guide clients through the sales process
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
