This rewarding contract position offers full-time hours, running Monday through Friday, and extends until June 4, 2027. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and unrestricted North Carolina SLP license is required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior school or pediatric SLP experience preferred
• Demonstrated familiarity with assistive listening devices and related technology
• Collaborative approach to communication with educators, counselors, and families
• Excellent organization, flexibility, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Integrate assistive listening technology into therapy as needed
• Provide direct therapy sessions, progress monitoring, and appropriate documentation
• Consult and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support overall student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
• Educate families and staff to optimize students’ communicative abilities
