Our local insurance agency was started in 1999 and we are looking to add a new star to our fabulous team. Candidates who can demonstrate that they are motivated and seek to advance their knowledge and professional career are going to go straight to the top of our list! If you are hired, you will make frequent direct contact with referral sources, prospects, and existing clients to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services.
A great candidate is somebody who:
- loves talking and communicating with people!
- knows how to be persuasive.
- gets a rush from making a to-do list, following up on a daily basis, and checking it off DONE.
- enjoys being meticulous with details.
- takes work tasks as their own personal responsibility to see through from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include:
Contact past clients and leads to review updated insurance quotes.
Develop relationships with local real estate agent and mortgage lenders to secure referrals.
Set appointments with existing clients to review coverages and develop relationships.
Provide support to clients who need help making changes, applying payments, and turning in claims.
Requirements
Valid Property Casualty Insurance License
Minimum 1yr Sales Experience
Current CA Drivers License with current auto insurance
