As a Territory Sales Representative, you will focus on prospecting, business development, cold-calling and building long-term partnerships with your referral sources. Our Territory Sales Representatives are responsible for building strong relationships with all staff at hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and Social Services.Job Responsibilities:Maintain and grow the profitability of assigned accounts and resolve customer service issues in accountsPlan and implement weekly sales activities and account sales strategies while maximizing revenue potential in key accountsMake minimum monthly sales calls and meet new business quotasDemonstrate products and services at in-services in key accounts and trade showsPresent contracts in targeted accounts using corporate pricing strategiesQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievementBachelor's DegreeProven track record of developing new accountsStrong work ethic and coachable attitudeAbility to sell a service, promote a product line and provide superior customer serviceAbility to navigate within a CRM tool and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and iOS devicesSalary & Benefits:Base Salary $70k - $90k plus Monthly CommissionMonthly Car Allowance plus mileage reimbursement programMedical, Dental and Vision (Eligible first day of employment)Flexible Spending AccountLife & Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchVacation and Sick DaysPaid HolidaysEducation AssistanceCareer-minded individuals will find our business challenging and our reputation for excellence just one of the rewards we have to offer.
