Position Overview

This position requires a Registered Nurse with specialized experience in kidney transplant, neuro, spine, ortho trauma, and robotics. The role is set in a high-acuity environment focusing on various surgical specialties as part of an Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in general surgery and specialty procedures including robotics, transplants, orthopedic trauma, neurosurgery, spine, ENT, GYN, urology, trauma, and organ procurement.
• Work in a team-centric environment, focusing on delivering exceptional surgical care.
• Navigate a fast-paced setting with a commitment to procedure-specific expertise and best practices.

Schedule

• Guaranteed hours of 72 hours biweekly are offered.
• Holiday schedules may involve 4x10-hour shifts.
• Shifts vary by assignment, with no on-call requirements for night shifts.

Qualifications

• BLS certification
• Experience in a similar high-demand surgical environment with competencies in both scrub and circulate roles.

Additional Information

• Individuals residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible.
• Parking costs vary depending on the time of day.
• Candidates must observe a 6-month separation period if previously employed with the associated healthcare network.
