Day shift, with 6 weekend shifts required in a 6-week period.
Assignment Details
Travel experience required. Float to postpartum if needed.
Requirements
- Current nursing license
- Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRP - all required at time of submission
- EMR System: Epic
- 75-mile local radius; locals not accepted
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients during labor and delivery
- Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs
- Assist with labor support and delivery procedures
- Educate patients and families about childbirth and postpartum care
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
