UI Developer

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for experience with React, Angular, AEM, and UI Storybook.
• We need someone who can quickly build prototypes and wireframes, with strong Figma skills for business use.
• You should be able to listen to business needs and design screens that address them, while incorporating client testing and ADA input.
• Experience with shift-left and evolving testing approaches is important, including tools such as QTest, Karate, and SonarQube.
• You should have experience triaging new and legacy code and raising it to current business standards.
• This role is based in Greensboro, NC, and relocation is not included.
• The position is flexible/hybrid and requires time in the office.
• We require at least 3 years of experience working on projects that involve implementing solutions using development life cycles such as SDLC.
• We require at least 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role, with or without direct reports.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field is required, or equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree.
• We require at least 6 years of experience in software development or a related field, or equivalent work experience in place of the degree.

• We maintain up-to-date quality control documentation and help ensure test coverage is appropriate.
• We review and validate technical specifications and documentation.
• We collaborate with architects and software consultants to build flexible, scalable, and maintainable solution designs.
• We provide implementation and post-implementation support for business software solutions.
• We develop and execute unit tests to identify errors and confirm functional alignment.
• We write technical specifications and supporting documentation.
• We ensure solutions reflect industry best practices, strategies, and architectures.
• We partner with IT teams and vendors so code aligns with architectural standards, design patterns, and technical specifications.
• We lead, mentor, and train other technical resources.
• We develop, configure, or modify integrated business and enterprise application solutions across different computing environments.
• We participate in and coach others through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• We assist with project estimation throughout the PLC.
• We maintain specialist knowledge of database concepts, object and data modeling, and database architecture.
• We analyze data requirements, evaluate solutions, and help install and commission selected products.
• We protect information accessibility, retrievability, and security while maintaining data-handling procedures.
