Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities 

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
• Design a daily and weekly schedule
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities

Qualifications

• CDA or Degree Required
• Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• First aid/CPR certified preferred

Compensation: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

All our teachers are required to continue their education in childcare through online trainings. This will be discussed at the time of the interview. We also offer a nearly FREE Child Development Associate Certificate to any of employees. Any staff member we employ who is interested in furthering their education in Child focused degrees or certificates we will accommodate to, unless it interferes with the centers need
