Job Overview The Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) is responsible for leading the store, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales in a pawn brokerage environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers. Process loans and extensions and negotiate loan terms. Open and close store procedures. Supervise, coach, and mentor team members. Promote sales and make deals for a variety of pawn items. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience (key holder, shift lead, team lead). Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Strong communication, interpersonal, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Knowledge of common pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual ability is a plus.
