Join a company that values integrity, excellence, and growth.Key Responsibilities: Communicate refinance options for all loan types of Conv, FHA and VA Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications Educate borrowers on loan benefits and help them achieve financial goals Make 30-120 daily contacts (calls, texts, emails) using CRM and scripts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closingBasic Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple borrower pipelines Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment Proven time management and organizational skills Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceSpecific Qualifications: Active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain - we cover the cost) Minimum 1 year of inside sales or call center experience Knowledge of VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs preferred but not required. Training will be provided upon need. Familiarity with Encompass or similar loan origination systems preferred but not required.
