Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,301 per week

Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry
• Discipline: RN

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

• Experience: 1-2 years in acute care setting
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Skills required: Ostomy care, some drains, IV skills,
• Most patients are ambulatory
• Drip management: heparin, insulin, Cardizem, Amiodarone
• Basic MS skills, experience in observation unit (preferred)
• Experience in admissions/discharges, fast pace
• Scheduling: Weekend rotation: every other
• Schedule is created 6 weeks at a time, will receive 2 weeks before the start of schedule.
• RTO: Able to approve up to 7 days,
• AAH adheres to a “fatigue policy” where all staff, including travelers, cannot work more than 60 hours in a week or 5 consecutive 12-hour shifts
• Holiday Expectations: 1 holiday per season.
• Scrub Color: Any - no camo/denim
