Lead Recruiter

We are seeking a high-energy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly, skilled trades, and professional roles across multiple business functions. This role partners closely with HR and hiring leaders to develop effective talent strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, and salaried positions
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using creative recruiting methods
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support workforce planning needs Drive diversity recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting policies
• Support recruiting events, community outreach, and site visits
• Mentor junior team members and share recruiting best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience; agency experience preferred
• Strong experience in high-volume and skilled trades recruiting
• Experience recruiting across professional, technical, and leadership roles
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Background:

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operations-focused recruiting environments is highly preferred.
