Working on a hybrid schedule with three days per week in our Reston office, you'll balance strategic coordination with hands-on site engagement, traveling to project locations approximately 20-30% of the time to ensure quality execution and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality control standards, and enforce safety compliance across all project activities
- Facilitate project coordination meetings including design reviews, construction meetings, and client status updates, preparing detailed documentation and meeting minutes
- Manage project documentation systems including drawings, specifications, correspondence, procurement records, and closeout materials in organized, accessible formats
- Track critical path items, deliverables, and project milestones, escalating risks and concerns to senior leadership while implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule
