Full-Time Dental AssistantOur well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Old Town Alexandria is looking for a friendly, motivated, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team full-time! If you're someone who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles, we would love to meet you.What You'll Do:As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:Assist the doctor in all aspects of general dentistry.Obtain diagnostic records (iTero scans, x-rays, photos, impressions).Fabricate Essex retainers and study models.Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring a comfortable experience.Record medical and dental histories and vital signs.Assist during examinations and procedures.Provide post-operative instructions.Maintain accurate patient records.Support inventory management and overall office efficiency.Contribute to patient satisfaction and help the office achieve its goals.What We're Looking For:Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as needed.1–2 years of dental assisting experience (general dentistry preferred).X-ray certification required.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Case presentation skills are a plus.Familiar with Invisalign and iTero scanning.Why Join Us?Established, reputable practice in beautiful Old Town.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunity to grow your skills and expand your knowledge.A workplace that values professionalism, positivity, and patient care.If you're looking for a dental home where your skills are appreciated and your growth is encouraged, we would love to hear from you!Please submit your resume — we look forward to meeting you!
