NOW HIRING: Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist (Deputy Group Director) We're looking for a Deputy Group Director to manage all Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) policy issues impacting Medicare Fee-For-Service activities. Open to: Current federal employees and status candidates (internal to CMS/HHS) Salary: $164,956 - $197,200/year (varies by location) Locations: Denver, CO | Boston, MA | Woodlawn, MD (Telework eligible) What you'll do: Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work Review work performance of subordinates Plan and lead studies analyzing the efficiency, effectiveness, and improvement of Medicare policies impacting contractor services Assess the operational and budget impact of initiatives, developing and maintaining work statements for MACs Develop policy and operational options and present issues to senior CM and CMS management What we need: Experience overseeing and evaluating third-party contractors managing healthcare data and ensuring compliance with contracts for healthcare delivery, quality, or payment programs Background leading teams or directing projects related to contract procurement strategies and assessing operational/budget impact of healthcare data initiatives Experience conducting and analyzing policies and written options related to fiscal implications for contracted stakeholders Resume required (2 page limit). #J-18808-Ljbffr
