Hospitality Manager

This role sits at the heart of how Studio EightyEight feels every single day. You're part culture builder, part internal operations anchor, and part hospitality expert. You make Monday mornings work, ensure new hires feel like they belong from day one, and remind our clients and partners just how much they matter to us. Your work spans three key areas: Talent (HR): You'll own the new hire journey from offer through the first 4 weeks, build team members out in Basecamp before day one (swag boxes, culture guidebook, the works), support hiring coordination with department leads, and fully own our Sync calendar and culture calendar, including birthdays, anniversaries, and quarterly events like The Annual, Summer Camp, and our Christmas Party. Internal Operations & Office Management: You'll run the day-to-day of our new 11,000 sq. ft. headquarters: vendors, Monday lunches, shipping and receiving, and a space that's always ready. You'll own our Google Calendar as the single source of truth and help lead our move into the new HQ. This transcends Office Manager work. It's about creating systems your team can rely on. Hospitality: You'll manage our "Box of Awesome" client gifting program and help run logistics for events built alongside our referral partners: micro dinners, study clubs, masterminds, and Columbus community events. You'll maintain swag inventory, coordinate timelines, and as you grow, take increasing ownership of our annual traditions and celebrations from start to finish. How we work together: This role directly reports to the Director of Growth and Recruiting. She is a direct communicator and a big collaborator. She relies on this person to be her eyes and ears across the agency, someone who brings her information, thinks a step ahead, and executes with real excellence once you're aligned together.
