Join us and our 18,000 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.Major Tasks and ResponsibilitiesManage North American sales activities with assigned regional accounts with goal of maximizing sales profitability at these accounts.Maximize sales growth through new business development activities to support long term growth of Specialty Films.Define and help establish key pricing strategies with sales/commercial lead, to achieve desired market share. Negotiate price revisions and sales contracts.Collect and communicate strategic competitive and industry information to business teams to help drive growth strategy initiatives and analyze product offerings/portfolio.Provide account activity reports and consistent tracking of opportunities.Participate in industry associations and trade shows, attending events to maintain and share knowledge on industry trends.Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of professional sales experience in chemical industry or in plastics manufacturingPreferred Qualifications:Degree discipline in Material ScienceKnowledge and Skills:Knowledge of plastic materials; properties, applications and fabrication techniquesFamiliarity with plastics films extrusionStrong negotiation skillsProficiency in digital platforms and business software including Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and selling skillsAbility to travel up to 75%#LI-JV1#LI-HybridYOUR APPLICATIONAre you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
