This position is only open to residents in the state(s) specified above.Job Responsibilities and Preferred QualificationsOutside Sales Account Manager for Hospitality AccountsAs an Outside Sales Account Manager for the Hospitality division, you will be responsible for an established portfolio of accounts to maintain and drive Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) sales. The position has consistent day travel in the territory to see customers. The territory covers Pittsburg, PA. The candidate must reside within or near the territory of coverage. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a monthly sales incentive plan. A laptop, cell phone, and monthly expenses are included. Preferred QualificationsDirect sales to Hospitality customers.3 or more years business to business (B2B) sales experience.Passion for customer service.Organizational skills and tech-savvy.CRM experience- Salesforce or otherKnowledge in facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC product lines.Experience with consultative selling/solution selling.Able to develop call plans and proactively develop new business.Able to learn new techniques and open to new ideas.Must reside within the territoryBilingual is a plusJob SummaryDrive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and expanding opportunities with current customers in core and emerging industries and markets to meet yearly sales goals. This position requires operation of a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.Work EnvironmentUsually located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort, such as dust, fumes or odors.Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking and/or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Education and ExperienceTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
