Warehouse Worker Immediate Hiring at Aerotek in POST FALLS, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Overview We are hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to support operations in a high-volume distribution facility located in and around Post Falls. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining organized inventory, and fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities + Shipping Operations: + Accurately pack, label, scan, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring timely loading onto outbound trucks. + Receiving Duties: + Unload incoming deliveries, inspect items for damage, verify quantities, and organize products for storage. + Stocking & Storage: + Place items in designated warehouse locations using handheld scanners and equipment while maintaining an organized workspace. + Order Fulfillment: + Select and pack items based on order requirements, ensuring accuracy and meeting productivity standards. + Inventory Management: + Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, update inventory systems, and report discrepancies. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
