Business Development ManagerSkyOne Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive membership growth, increase deposits, and expand business banking relationships through strategic outreach and partnership development. In this key leadership role, you'll cultivate and strengthen relationships with Select Employee Groups (SEGs), businesses, associations, nonprofit organizations, and community partners, while supporting the continued growth of our Business Banking and Cannabis Banking portfolios.As a leader, you'll guide and develop a high-performing Business Development team, creating new opportunities that enhance member value and drive sustainable growth. The Business Development Manager serves as a visible ambassador for SkyOne, meeting with prospective and existing Select Employee Groups (SEGs), businesses, associations, nonprofit organizations, and community partners to identify opportunities, deepen relationships, and generate new business.Success in this role requires a proactive approach to networking, prospecting, and cultivating strategic partnerships that enhance SkyOne's market presence and support the continued growth of our Business Banking and Cannabis Banking portfolios. The Business Development Manager also leads, coaches, and develops Business Relationship Managers, empowering them to achieve sales, service, and relationship-building goals while maintaining a strong focus on member experience.In addition, this role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives, support strategic projects, and evaluate performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
