Onsite Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

GridBridge, Inc.

ERMCO, headquartered in Celina, TN, seeks a Customer Service Representative and Logistics Coordinator to support order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely shipments. You will enter orders from reps and customers, resolve issues in the EDI system, manage returns and 3PL coordination, and participate in production posting meetings to align on schedule. An on-site role requiring a high school diploma and at least three years in customer service and #J-18808-Ljbffr GridBridge, Inc.
